The Toothbrush
I spent the week at my parents’ place in NorCal. When I was packing for home, I decided just to bring nothing but a week’s worth of clothes and my laptop; I figure I’d only be gone for a week and that anything else I need (like food and toiletries) were already at my parents’ anyway.
So I come home and, as expected, everything is good to go; the fridge is stocked with food, there is soap and shampoo in the shower, and the toothbrush that I left from the last time I visit home is still there. Perfect.
A couple days ago by and everything is fine.. until one night:

- Allex: lol your website lies. under the "journal" category it says "updated on a regular basis!"
- Me: oh. haha yeeeah..
- Me: i put that sort of to motivate me to update regularly
- Me: didn't work
- Allex: you should change that to "updated on a yearly basis"
- Me: i should shouldn't i. i think i will actually.

Lost and Found
- Mika: ed have you found your keys yet?
- Mika: or did you 'rents send you new keys?
- Mika: and do you want to go to mitsuwa with allex and I today at 2?
- Ed: lol.. yeah i found 'em.
- Mika: omg where were they?!
- Ed: in.. in a box of macaroni
- Mika: ..............................
- Mika: WERE YOU DRUNK!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
- Mika: WHAT?!
- Ed: lol NOO!
- Ed: i er.
- Ed: well i found them
- Mika: omg you were totally drunk
- Mika: thats hilarious
- Ed: no no no i wasn't
- Mika: ...ed you found your keys in a box of macaroni.
- Ed: it wasn't that bad really.. i left them on the dining table and arman had his box of macaroni out
- Mika: ...and.......*HE* was drunk?
- Ed: and it.. NO HE WASN'T DRUNK!
- Ed: it must've just gotten swept up inside when he was putting it away
- Ed: .. or something.
- Mika: mmm
- Ed: so he put it in the pantry
- Ed: which is why we couldn't find it
- Ed: ... sigh.
- Ed: so when arman went to make macaroni again the other day, my keys fell out.
- Ed: andd tadaa, now i have my keys again
- Mika: lol
